• Act as a single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit.
• Participate in business planning meetings to provide HR perspectives.
• Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
• Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external learning programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support the business through organizational changes (e.g., restructuring, digital transformation) by providing change management expertise and communication support.
• Prepare reports and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. (Master’s degree or SHRM/CIPD certification is a plus).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2-3 years in a Business Partnering or Generalist role.
• Ability to interpret HR Data (People Analytics) to drive people-related decisions.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Good command of English.
