Substation and PV Design Engineer (Electrical)
Sinohydro (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.(hubei Team)1. Design engineering solutions for Substation and PV Electrical part including drawing and parameter design according to specification.
2. Perform electrical drawing and Calculations for Electrical Primary or Secondary Part, etc.
3. Design the parameters & dimensions of active part of high/low voltage electrical equipment to meet the customer specifications like losses, impedance, Short Circuit forces, load capabilities etc.
4. Site coordinate, Clear design issue with client(EGAT, MEA, PEA) and all suppliers.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
1. Bachelor’s or higher in electrical engineering.
2. More than 3 years of experiences working in Electrical Primary or Secondary designs.
3. Have a license(Electrical power) from Senior to Professional (professional license is advantageous).
4. Strong conceptual knowledge and working experience of calculations and designing of related area.
5. Working knowledge and good proficiency of CAD/CAE applications as PLS-CADD, Auto-CAD, office.
6. Familiar with the American & international standards (eg. IEEE, ANSI, IEC) related to Line and Substation components, and materials.
7. Experience working in testing and commissioning of grid connection and substation system would be advantageous.
8. Experience of EGAT, MEA, PEA Transmission Line design is advantageous.
9. Good command of English both spoken and written.
10. Good attitude to work and willing to learn new things. Able to work with team, Be responsible, honest and diligent.
