- Improve customer experience : customer loyalty, customer relation, customer value and customer satisfaction
- Analyze car market compare with company situation.
- Create marketing strategy and initiate marketing plan for sustainable competitive advantage.
- Submit marketing activities, events, spot advertisement to MBTh (Mercedes Benz Thailand) for consideration and approval.
- Manage marketing online such as Website, Face book, Line and Instagram.
- Report marketing activities, events, spot advertisement to MBTh.
- Summarize marketing results compare with sale and after sale target
- Age 40 - 45 years
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in cars business marketing
- Good knowledge about marketing online management such as Website, Face book, Line and Instagram
- Good command of written and spoken English
