Responsibilities

Procure agricultural raw materials in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
Negotiate with suppliers and trading partners regarding market movements, production conditions, demand, and competitive landscape.
Collect, manage, and analyze trade and market data to support the development of agricultural commodity trading strategies.
Monitor and analyze agricultural commodity situations to assess crop output, market demand, and supply conditions.
Conduct crop surveys and field visits to production areas, including regular visits to suppliers and business partners.
Prepare and deliver presentations, as well as summarize and report updates on agricultural commodity situations both domestically and internationally.

Requirements

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent skills in research, data collection, calculation, and analysis, with high proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis tools).
Proactive, energetic, with good personality and strong interpersonal skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Ability to use computers effectively and prepare professional reports and presentations.
Able to drive and possess a valid driving license.
Willing to travel to upcountry/provincial areas occasionally.
