- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO
- Manage documents, files, and executive correspondence
- Prepare letters, reports, and presentation materials as assigned
- Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and reminders
- Support meeting arrangements (e.g. scheduling, room booking, basic preparation)
- Handle internal and external communications professionally
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and support projects as assigned by the CEO
- Maintain confidentiality of executive and company information
