- Support the sales team by maintaining relationships with existing customers and assisting in identifying new business opportunities
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with Japanese clients, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing activities to align with company goals
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g. logistics, production, accounting) to ensure accurate order processing and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and manage sales documents, quotations, presentations, and basic market analysis reports
- Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 level is highly preferred)
- Prior experience working with Japanese companies or within Japanese corporate culture
- Experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage
- Good command of English (able to communicate effectively)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
