Responsibilities

Manage and administrate overall Human Resources job functions and department activities.
Responsible for handling overall recruitment function
Establish staff development program according to company strategy and objective.
Develop, implement, and monitor development and training program within the company.
Manage, and maintain compensation and benefits policy to ensure its associate organization’s objectives and comply with, compete against the market in the same business sector.
Manage and prepare periodic reports for management team as necessary or requested to track strategic goal accomplishment.
Prepare department budget and monitoring within Human Resources Department.

•    Well organize and facilitate general administration work to provide effective and efficient support to the operation of the company.
•    Facilitate good working and proper working environment.
•    Manage, monitor, negotiate and cooperate with landlord for the preparation and renewal of premise lease (rental) agreement of office space including office repair, maintenance, re-layout, renovation and decoration.
•    Manage, monitor and control purchasing process.
•    Manage and proper control to acquire or dispose the company assets, especially for company cars and fixed assets.
•    Timely manage and control all insurance renewal of property and company assets.
•    Timely manage and control all services and contracts that will be provided by suppliers.
•    Manage and control all related risk management, especially for business continuity planning and compliance   management of general administration functions.
•    Liaise with oversea HR and GA department for information as required.
•    Provide other administrative support as necessary.

Requirements

Thai male or female age more than 35 years old.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related fields.
At least 10 years working experience in a Human Resources & General Affair function.
Conceptual skills, interpersonal skills, result oriented
Communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Good Computer operating skills in MS Office.
A must to communicate in English and good command of Chinese is a plus.
