• Data Analysis & Insights: Extract and analyze raw data from various sources (sales reports, marketing platforms, and CRM) to identify trends, costs, and profit margins.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards (BI Metrix, or Excel) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Profit Optimization: Support the cost-benefit analyses of marketing to increase profitability and reduce unnecessary expenses.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to design data-backed strategies and action plans for new product, new customer or market expansions.
• Market Research: Analyze market conditions, competitor moves, etc. to adjust strategies, price and activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong logical thinking with the ability to turn complex "raw data" into simplified, actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas).
• Experience with Data Visualization tools (BI Metrix, etc.). Basic to Intermediate knowledge of SQL is preferred.
• Ability to present data-driven findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and a continuous learner who stays updated with market trends and analytical techniques.
• 0-3 years of experience (New graduates are welcome). Basic steel business knowledge will be advantage.
• English skills in both written and spoken TOEIC score at high level 650 above (and equivalent test) and computer literacy. Korean Language proficiency will be advantage.
