Key Accountability :
- Inspect, maintain, and repair all machines and building (civil) structures.
- Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and take the lead in improving machine issues.
- Organize the technician team to support maintenance activities.
- Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and support continuous improvement (TPM).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
- 0–3 years’ experience in maintenance or piping; internship or cooperative education experience in industrial plants is a plus
- Having license for professional practice
- Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop new skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
