Key Accountability :
- Act as the primary IT liaison for SAP FICO support and enhancement requests in Thailand.
- Understand business processes and requirements related to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
- Work with business users to gather, clarify, and document requirements, and raise them to the global IT SAP team
- Support incident management and change request tracking in coordination with headquarters or external vendors.
- Participate in testing activities including preparing UAT test cases, coordinating testing timelines, supporting users, and managing sign-off for go-live.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a SAP FICO support or analyst role.
- Solid understanding of SAP ECC Fl/CO configuration concepts, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, and Internal Orders.
- Able to communicate technical requirements and assess configuration solutions proposed by HQ/global teams.
- Experience working in a global SAP support model and SAP UAT processes.
- Familiarity with interfaces and integration between SAP and external systems.
