- Maintain & troubleshoot LV/MV electrical systems, MCCs, transformers, HVAC, compressors, and production machinery.
- Lead preventive/predictive maintenance using CMMS to reduce downtime.
- Perform insulation, thermal, and power quality tests.
- Ensure electrical safety: LOTO, Arc Flash, PPE, compliance with regulations.
- Support machine installation & commissioning with proper power/grounding.
- Conduct RCA/RCCA for failures and implement preventive actions.
- Manage electrical spares and support site shutdown activities.
- Act as Energy Correspondent under Safran EMS standards.
- Monitor energy use, maintain EnPIs/SEUs, and analyze trends.
- Lead energy-saving projects, ROI & CO₂ reduction tracking.
- Support ISO 50001 audits and maintain energy/maintenance documentation.
- Collaborate across Production, Facility, HSE, Finance, and Sourcing teams.
Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.• Licensed as a Professional Electrical Engineer preferred.• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in aerospace, automotive, or electronics manufacturing.• Experience in energy management, monitoring systems, or ISO 50001 deployment is an advantage.• Proven record in handling power system troubleshooting, installation, and preventive maintenance.• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems (transformers, switchgear, MCC, protection relays).• Skilled in using electrical testing tools (megger, clamp meter, harmonics analyzer, thermal camera).• Ability to prepare ROI calculations, project proposals, and energy dashboards.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.Welfare and Benefits
