Responsibilities

HR Manager (1 Position)

Base Location : Head Office

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources strategies and ensure compliance with employment laws. This senior role requires a proactive individual with a proven record of driving employee success.

Job Descriptions :

Manages and monitors the HR functions within the company in order to achieve company objectives and goals, and to support company development.
Analyst and manage all HR activities including recruitment& compensation, welfare & benefits, Thai labor law, performance evaluation, and training arrangement.
Provide operational support and professional expertise on all personnel matters within the organization, ensuring compliance to the local legal requirements, ethical standards and best practices
Provide recommendations as business partner to line managers about related HR tasks for achievement of business objectives

Requirements

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Political Science, Social Science, Human Resource, or related field.
At Least 10 Years in HRM , HRD Familiar with factory environment will be advantage.
Familiar with of Labor Laws.
Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills
Good in English.
Computer literacy
Working Day : 5 Days Per Week - (Mon-Fri)
