HR Manager (1 Position)
Base Location : Factory in Banpong, Ratchaburi
We are looking for a HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources activities within our manufacturing facility. HR Manager will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the plant’s operational goals through effective HR strategies. This position requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day HR operations.
Job Descriptions :
- Manages and monitors the HR functions within the company in order to achieve company objectives and goals, and to support company development.
- Analyst and manage all HR activities including recruitment& compensation, welfare & benefits, Thai labor law, performance evaluation, and training arrangement.
- Provide operational support and professional expertise on all personnel matters within the organization, ensuring compliance to the local legal requirements, ethical standards and best practices.
- Provide recommendations as business partner to line managers about related HR tasks for achievement of business objectives.
