Food & Beverage Supervisor
Work Location: Watermill Golf Club & Resort, Ongkharak, Nakhon Nayok
Employment Type: Full-time (6 days/week, 1 day off)
Working Hours: Shift-based (Morning shift starts 05:00 AM / Closing time 08:00 PM)
🎯 Job Purpose
To supervise daily operations of all food and beverage outlets at Watermill Golf Club & Resort — including the main restaurant, three coffee shops, and three snack & beverage outlets — ensuring smooth service, staff efficiency, and customer satisfaction while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
💼 Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Supervision
Supervise and support daily operations of all F&B outlets.
Assign staff to outlets and ensure readiness before opening hours.
Monitor food and beverage service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Check product availability and coordinate with the kitchen and purchasing team for replenishment.
Ensure all outlets follow the operating schedule (05:00 AM – 08:00 PM).
2. Customer Service & Quality
Welcome and assist guests courteously; resolve complaints efficiently.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and serving standards.
Gather guest feedback and report to F&B Manager for service improvement.
3. Team Coordination
Supervise daily shifts and ensure smooth team handover.
Train new staff on service procedures, safety, and product knowledge.
Motivate team members and promote teamwork and service-minded culture.
4. Inventory & Cost Control
Record daily sales and usage of supplies.
Monitor stock levels and prepare requisition forms as needed.
Help control waste and maintain proper storage and FIFO system.
5. Event & Catering Support
Assist in planning and setting up food & beverage service for golf tournaments, meetings, and private events.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth event execution.
