Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Co-ordinate with carrier/co-loader, overseas office to move cargo as planned.
Review customer's requirement against company's terms of service.
Co-ordinate with relates department/division for smooth operation.
Input shipment detail into UFS and related Program.
Follow up with carrier/co-loader and inform all concern parties if any irregularities occurred.
Contact carrier/Co-loader when received claim notice/complain from customer.
Take care of key account.
Others the assignment by the line manager.

Requirements

Age in between 24-30 years
- Bachelor Degree or higher in BA Chemistry Logistics Business International Management or any related field.
- 1-2 years experienced in freight forwarding, Customer Service or Logistics business
- Able to work with multi tasks simultaneously and under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skill Good coordination Good Relation and Service Mind
- Good Command of reading and writing English
- High responsible and willing to learn
- Having Service Minded active, analytical thinking and Negotiation Character
- Willing to work long hours and After working hours and Proficient computer skills in MS Word Excel and Power Point
