Basic Requirements
Full Time

30,000 - 40,000 baht/month

Responsibilities
• Support sales team for administrative works and coordinate among departments in all branches depends case by case such as Customer Service, Logistic, Operation, Visa & Immigration, Provision and others depends on service inquiry
• Responsible for document processing such as quotations, ITB document, qualification questionnaire and etc.
• Update the quotation status in contract register
• Create the project summary once project awarded
• Organizing conference requirements
• Create PR/IOU in our ERP system
• Document & data submission to Accounting & Finance team once quotation is accepted/signed
• Support to create the PowerPoint, presentation if any.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.


Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • Good command of English minimum TOEIC score of 650
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role (Must: in the oil and gas industry or a related field)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create professional presentations and reports
  • Familiarity with the bidding process and experience in preparing and submitting proposals
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organisation
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
