Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support sales team for administrative works and coordinate among departments in all branches depends case by case such as Customer Service, Logistic, Operation, Visa & Immigration, Provision and others depends on service inquiry

• Responsible for document processing such as quotations, ITB document, qualification questionnaire and etc.

• Update the quotation status in contract register

• Create the project summary once project awarded

• Organizing conference requirements

• Create PR/IOU in our ERP system

• Document & data submission to Accounting & Finance team once quotation is accepted/signed

• Support to create the PowerPoint, presentation if any.

• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related fields.

Good command of English minimum TOEIC score of 650
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales coordination or administrative role (Must: in the oil and gas industry or a related field)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create professional presentations and reports
Familiarity with the bidding process and experience in preparing and submitting proposals
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organisation
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
