Responsibilities

Act as a strategic HR partner to factory leadership and line managers to support overall business objectives.
Manage core HR functions including recruitment & selection, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and industrial relations.
Provide HR consultation and support to managers on workforce planning, talent development, and team performance.
Communicate and implement HR policies, initiatives, and programs to ensure understanding and compliance across all employee levels.
Analyze HR data such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and performance results to develop action plans and support decision-making.
Handle employee relations and grievances in accordance with labor laws and internal procedures.
Coordinate with employee representatives or labor unions (if applicable) to maintain positive working relationships and resolve disputes.
Organize and support employee engagement and cultural development activities to enhance morale and organizational alignment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
3–8 years of experience as an HRBP or in a generalist HR role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Solid knowledge of Thai labor laws and experience in handling employee relations within a factory setting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or ERP systems is a plus.
