About Us:
Moose HotDog is a premium hot dog brand with in-house production and a flagship store that operates as both a restaurant and a lively bar. Our vision is to create a standout dining experience by combining high-quality food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality guest experiences
- Leading and managing service team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Leading and managing kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment (In Coordinating with Chef)
- Creating and managing staff schedules, optimizing resources, and ensuring efficient workflows
- Controlling food costs, labor budgets, and operational expenses to maximize profitability (In Coordinating with Project
   Manager)
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Developing existing dishes and menu items in alignment with the brand’s identity and target audience (In Coordinating
   with Project Manager)
- Communicating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination (In Coordinating with Project Manager)
- Upholding service and kitchen quality standards through ongoing training and monitoring- Maintaining a start
- Up mindset, demonstrating flexibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and adaptability in a dynamic environment



Requirements
Leadership and Management: Team Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop service staff
Planning & Organization: Creating staff schedules, optimizing resources, and improving workflows
Cost Management: Monitoring food costs, labor budgets, and operational expenses in coordination with Project Manager
Quality Management: Ensuring service and kitchen standards are consistently met
Communication: Effective interaction with suppliers, guests, and team members
Start-Up Mindset: Flexibility, entrepreneurial spirit, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Culinary Skills:
Work experience in a restaurant kitchen is mandatory.
Kitchen experience: Experience working in a professional kitchen
Food Safety: Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Creativity: Developing dishes aligned with the brand and target audience

Personal Attributes:
Resilience: Ability to remain calm and prioritize tasks under pressure
Problem-Solving: Proactively handling daily operational challenges
Guest Orientation: Strong service mentality and enjoyment in engaging with people
Innovation: Openness to new trends and technologies in the hospitality industry

Requirements:
Experience: Ideally prior experience in a similar role (e.g., Restaurant Manager, Head Chef with Restaurant Management Skill)
Education: Completed training in hospitality or gastronomy, ideally with additional qualifications
Languages: Fluent in Thai and English
