- Investigate and analysis problem for any non-conforming part received claim from customer in term of all electronic part.
- Issue claim and money charge document to supplier.
- Contact and work with supplier to find out root cause and countermeasure.
- Check and review all QC documents submitted by supplier for countermeasure report and related document.
- Perform actual audit (QAV) supplier’s procedures and process to ensure quality of part and evaluate supplier’s performance.
- Summarize claim report from supplier and submit to customer.
- Clarify all customer inquiries with supplier.
- Inspect and check sample part, initial lot after took any action at supplier.
- Abroad to other country to control quality at supplier. (If any)
- Male, Thai nationality, age not over 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Having 1-3 years experiences in QC/QA would be an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English is required, and Japanese skill would be aplus.
- Pleasant personality, co-operative and service-minded
- Ability to work well in both team environment and individually and work effectivelyunder pressure
- Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
- Able to aboard to other country & have car driver’s license.
