Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a warm welcome and exceptional customer service to all visitors.
• Efficiently address customer inquiries, requests, and concerns, striving for prompt resolution and satisfaction both online and offline.
• Stay up-to-date on all property news, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating issues to relevant departments when necessary.
• Prepare and submit regular reports related to customer service activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Proficient in basic Computer & MS Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
