-Conduct market research to identify suitable tenant profiles based on property type, location.
-Develop a tenant targeting strategy, including industry sectors, company sizes, and space requirements.
-Proactively generate leads through multiple channels including cold calling, networking events, agents, and partnerships
-Direct outreach to companies in nearby or strategic locations
-Negotiate and Close Deals for New Tenants: Own the full leasing cycle from prospecting to contract finalization, for retail, wholesale, and office categories.
-Deliver Revenue Targets from New Tenants: Build and convert pipelines that support occupancy and income objectives across assigned projects.
-Maintain Client Relationships: Actively manage and nurture tenant relationships to drive renewals and reduce vacancy risk.
-Support Cross-Functional Initiatives: Coordinate with marketing, tenant services, agents/ partners, and finance to ensure leasing efforts are aligned and well-supported.
-Monitor Performance: Track KPIs, maintain reports, and proactively identify opportunities to improve conversion and portfolio performance.Support Onboarding: Support and monitor the Tenant Service team, Marketing team and all related departments to ensure smooth tenant design, handover of the premises, fit-out work and shop opening satisfaction process.
