● Generate and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, lead qualification, and account mapping.
● Upsell and cross-sell additional services and solutions to existing clients to maximize customer value.
● Manage the full sales cycle: from initial engagement and solution presentation to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
● Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, pipeline growth targets, and customer retention KPIs.
● Understand customer business challenges and work with presales and SMEs to propose tailored solutions that deliver measurable value.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and vendor programs to ensure effective solution positioning.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
● Minimum 2 years of experience in IT product/service sales or a related field.
● Basic knowledge of technology products (Hardware, Software, Network, or Cloud Solutions)
● Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsFluent in both English and Thai (spoken and written).
