- Lead and manage the IT department, including infrastructure and user support, to align with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement IT strategies and solutions that support business operations and long-term growth.
- Oversee and maintain the company’s ERP system, including analysis, improvement, and support for key users.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other departments to ensure the ERP system supports all key business processes.
- Manage IT projects (new implementations and system enhancements) within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Ensure effective IT security practices and maintain business continuity planning (BCP).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle systems, databases, and software applications.
- Provide technical recommendations and reports to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with consultants and system providers as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience with Oracle ERP or Oracle Database is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of business processes in areas such as Account, finance, Purchasing, manufacturing, or operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
