1. Employee Experience
- Define guidelines for designing creative activities aligned with social and technological contexts that meet employees’ needs.
- Provide recommendations on policies, regulations, procedures, and employee benefits that require improvement or revision to ensure effective employee care.
- Develop human resource management strategies, tools, methods, and technologies—both onsite and online—in accordance with company policies to enhance employee experience.
2. Employee Turnover Analysis
- Conduct exit interviews, summarize findings, and analyze the root causes of employee turnover.
- Prepare and present analytical reports on employee resignation trends.
3. Employee Children Scholarship Program
- Coordinate meetings and provide guidance to the Welfare Committee.
- Establish criteria for applications, selection processes, and implementation in accordance with the approved budget.
4. Employee Illness and Work-Related Injury
- Monitor employees’ health conditions and conduct hospital or home visits; prepare reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on employee illness or work-related accidents for submission to supervisors, accounting, and relevant departments.
- Provide guidance and assistance on medical treatment, employee benefits, and health insurance; process welfare payments for illness or death cases.
5. Employee or Employee Family Bereavement
- Process welfare payments for employees or their families and provide guidance on employee benefits, accident insurance, and life insurance.
- Prepare reports on employee death cases for submission to management and relevant departments.
- Coordinate and assist employees’ families in contacting government agencies or related organizations such as banks, provident funds, insurance companies, or cooperatives.
6. Employee Discipline and Disciplinary Actions
- Manage and oversee employee discipline in compliance with company work regulations and relevant labor laws.
- Conduct investigations and implement disciplinary actions for employee misconduct.
- Communicate company rules and regulations to departments and employees; provide consultation and guidance on disciplinary procedures.
- Receive and respond to employee grievances.
7. Club Activities (GCME Club)
- Coordinate and support clubs in organizing activities; monitor club operations; present club plans for budget approval.
- Coordinate and process club expenses; update club status and membership records.
