SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Solutions Design & Account Management is responsible to lead and expand vendors list in freight forwarding and contract logistics business. Also have to lead the calculation relating to costs and selling rates in order share to the salesperson to submit the quotation to customer. This position will be responsible for identifying new vendors for competitive costs, building strong vendors relationships by offering tailored logistics solutions.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Research & Business Development
1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors, market trends, and new business opportunities in Contract Logistics (CL) and Freight Forwarding (FF).
2. Identify and target potential vendors aligned with company business objectives.
3. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay competitive.
4. Design business solutions for new & existing customers
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
5. Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies and develop strategies to engage with them.
6. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their logistics needs and offering customized solutions.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
8. Manage the existing accounts to ensure the customer satisfaction have met the expectation
9. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.

10. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business deals.
