- Manage sales activities and coordinate customer orders for general, stainless steel grating products.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer and competitor data to develop business strategies.
- Ensure continuous follow-up on both new and existing customer orders.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with customers, resolving issues in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor stock availability and forecast weekly and monthly sales in collaboration with Sales Coordinators.
- Collect and relay customer issues to the R&D team for resolution, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Gather detailed information for the onboarding process of new customers.
- Participate in and support KPI achievement to meet company goals while contributing to corporate initiatives.
- Participate in sales and marketing activities, both domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales (experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus).
- Team management experience and strong leadership skills.
- Well-groomed appearance with confidence.
- Proficiency in relevant computer programs, such as MS Office.
- Good command of spoken and written English, including email correspondence.
- Active and results-driven salesperson with experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to drive.
