Job Description
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of facility management for UOB (Thai) branches and administrative buildings, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and vendor management.
* Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal condition and longevity of all building assets and systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security systems, IT infrastructure).
* Oversee and supervise external contractors and service providers, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements, quality standards, safety regulations, and budgetary constraints.
* Respond promptly to facility-related issues and emergencies, troubleshooting problems, and coordinating necessary repairs to minimize disruption to business operations.
* Conduct regular inspections of branches and buildings to identify potential maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions.
* Manage and track facility budgets, including forecasting expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring cost-effective solutions for maintenance and repair activities.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., IT, Security, Operations) to ensure seamless integration of facility support with overall business needs.
* Assist in planning and executing branch renovations, relocations, or new branch setups, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
* Ensure all facilities comply with relevant health, safety, environmental, and accessibility regulations and internal company policies.
* Prepare and present reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and budgetary status to management.
