Job Responsibilities
As a Management Associate, you will be expected to:
- Participate in structured rotations across various business units and functions within UOB Thailand, such as Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Operations, Technology and Operations, and Risk Management.
- Engage in challenging projects and assignments, contributing to strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of UOB's products, services, and core banking processes.
- Receive mentorship from senior leaders and gain insights into the banking industry's landscape.
- Attend tailored training programs, workshops, and leadership development sessions to enhance functional and leadership capabilities.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management on various projects and business issues.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments and levels.
- Embrace a culture of continuous learning and proactively seek opportunities for professional growth.
- Upon successful completion of the programme, assume a permanent role within a business unit aligned with your strengths and the bank's strategic needs.
