- Verify expense/invoices and ensure its alignment to company policy and procedure, correctly and in timely booking for payment.
- Controlling intercompany transactions. Recharge invoice/invoice to Interco, recording correctly and reconciliation
- Booking and checking accrual/provision transaction at end of month, quarterly and yearly with balancing and reconciling.
- Checking and clearing transaction/customer by Cash, Credit card, others.
- Closing and work closing for the package statement by monthly, hard close and yearly in SAP and Hyperion under group deadline.
- Support information to local auditor for closing local statutory statement.
- Ad hoc report assigned by manager
- Preparing, checking and tax filling and reporting documents, preparation related to GST submit to Grant Thornton.
- Coordinate and supporting to Grant Thornton
- Communicate with Australia in regard to account payable/account receivable and general ledger follow transaction up and resolve problem
- Bachelor Degree of Accounting and Finance or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Accounting field of multinational company.
- Good Communication in English
- IFRS and TFS knowledge.
- Good knowledge of MS office applications, SAP system or ERP
