- Oversee and manage the company’s overall financial operations.
- Develop financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives.
- Monitor cash flow, investment, and funding to ensure healthy financial management.
- Analyze financial performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and relevant laws.
- Collaborate with management in making key financial decisions and strategic planning.
- Lead and develop the finance team to drive efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports, feasibility studies, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Work closely with banks, auditors, and external partners on financial matters.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, taxation, and investment analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software, MS Excel, and digital reporting tools.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
