- Support NPI activities for new products and mass production transition
- Coordinate, develop, and sustain SMT process activities in electronics manufacturing
- Provide technical support on Process KPI using DOE, FMEA, and SPC for failure analysis and root cause investigations
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes to support customer products
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
Experience: 5+ years of experience in SMT or PCBA process manufacturing engineering
Skills / Knowledge:
- SMT stencil print, SPI, pick & place, reflow, AOI, X-ray inspection, underfill process
- Process equipment definition & process control
- Good English communication (written & verbal)
