The HR Training Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering training and development programs to enhance employee skills, ensure compliance, and support organizational objectives.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) based on performance gaps and business requirements.
- Coordinate training needs surveys and consolidate results.
- Prepare annual and periodic training plans.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Arrange training schedules, venues, and logistics.
- Prepare training documentation, attendance records, and reports.
- Maintain training databases and employee training records.
- Manage training evaluations and feedback.
- Liaise with training providers and educational institutions.
- Coordinate training agreements and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor law, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage mandatory and statutory training programs.
- Prepare training reports for management review.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in training effectiveness.
