Human Resources and Administration Manager
Thai Mitsui Specialty Chemicals Co.,Ltd.- Monitoring and implementing the general HR & administration's functions - recruitment, compensation, employee relations, compensation & benefit, performance management to align with business strategies.
- Developing an effective employee engagement, retention strategies, and drive implementation of initiatives to improve employee engagement.
- Ensuring the legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Providing and implementing strategies and policies for organizational development.
- Managing employee relations activities including providing channels for employees to report issues, training and supporting HR to manage investigations and working with managers and employees to resolve issues fairly and productively.
- Managing and controlling the administration services with regards to daily administration procedures such as company bus, factory facilities etc.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Industrial Psychology or related field.
- At lest 10 year experiences in HRM, HRD, and HROD functions in manufacturing, including a 3-4 year experiences at managerial level.
- Flexible and humble personality, Good coordinator, and Good service mind with relationship.
- Good command in English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
