Job description:
- บริหารโครงการ Mall Renovation / Improvement แบบ End-to-End ตั้งแต่แนวคิด ออกแบบ ก่อสร้าง จนถึงส่งมอบ
- วางแผน ควบคุมแผนงาน งบประมาณ และกำกับแนวทางออกแบบ–พัฒนาโครงการ
- ควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง ตรวจสอบความคืบหน้า และรายงานต่อผู้บริหาร
- ประสานงานทีมภายใน–ภายนอก และดูแลเอกสารโครงการ
- ตรวจสอบงานก่อนส่งมอบให้ครบถ้วนตามมาตรฐาน
- แก้ปัญหาเชิงระบบ และพัฒนากระบวนการทำงาน (Problem Solving / Think out of the box)
- ปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Project Development ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่แนวคิด ออกแบบ ก่อสร้าง ตรวจสอบ และส่งมอบ
- เข้าใจกระบวนการก่อสร้าง งบประมาณ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ ระบบงานก่อสร้าง และมาตรฐานอาคารเป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะบริหารจัดการทีมภายใน–ภายนอก เพื่อให้โครงการสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย
- มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและพัฒนากระบวนการทำงาน
- ใช้งาน MS PowerPoint และ MS Excel ได้ดีเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะใน AutoCAD, SketchUp และโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงสามารถ Hand Sketch ได้
