Job Description:
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :
- บริหารจัดการเอกสารเกี่ยวกับบัญชีและการเงินประจำวัน
- ตรวจสอบ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ติดต่อการเก็บเงิน จ่ายเงิน ลูกหนี้และเจ้าหนี้อย่างเป็นระบบ
- วางระบบบัญชี กำกับนโยบายอย่างถูกต้อง เป็นไปตามหลักสากล
- ติดต่อประสานการกับที่ปรึกษาและผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี
- ให้คำแนะนำที่ถูกต้องเพื่อปรับปรุงการทำงานของบริษัทฯ
- มอบหมาย และกำกับการทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ปฏิบัติตามอย่างถูกต้อง
- บริหารงานให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายของแผนก และจัดส่งงบการเงินได้อย่างถูกต้อง และสุจริต
Qualifications
- Any gender / Any age / Thai Nationality
- Bsc or MA in Finance (Managerial or Financial) or Accounting or related fields
- Be able to use the software in Accounting, Microsoft 365 or SAP effectively
- Perform good Financial and Managerial accounting skills
- Hardworking, Dedicated and be able to work overtime
- Have friendly personality and Service minded
- Have good communication skill
- Be a good team player
- For Supervisor, must have the experiences at least 5 years
- English Skill and communication are advantage
- Powder Point / Word / Excel Program
- High management skill
- Good personality
- Available to work overtime

- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานโดยตรงด้านบัญชี
- มีความรู้ความสามารถในการวางระบบบัญชี โดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft 365 และ Express
- มีความชำนาญในการใช้ excel ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เช่น Pivot เป็นต้น
- มีความรู้เป็นอย่างดีในการปิดงบการเงิน กฎหมาย สรรพากร และการบริหารเรื่องภาษี
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และซื่อสัตย์
- มีความสามารถในการบริหารทีมงาน และให้คำแนะนำที่ถูกต้อง
