Responsibilities
- ตรวจรับเข้าวัตถุดิบให้คุณภาพตรงตามมาตรฐาน
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าและผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ตรงตามมาตรฐาน
- จัดทำมาตรฐานและอัปเดตมาตรฐานให้เป็นปัจจุบัน เช่น มาตรฐานวัตถุดิบ มาตรฐานบรรจุภัณฑ์ มาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตและนำเข้า
- จัดทำเอกสาร COA
- จัดทำเอกสาร COC และ Statement
- จัดทำ MSDS
- ส่งตัวอย่างตรวจวิเคราะห์ห้องปฏิบัติการภายนอก
- การสอบเทียบเครื่องมือภายในและภายนอก
- การยืนยันทวนสอบระบบ เช่น จัดทำแผนทวนสอบ verification ระบบมาตรฐานประจำปี รวมถึงติดตามรวบรวมเอกสาร Traceability, Mock Recall
- ตรวจติดตาม Internal Audit ตามแผนที่กำหนด
- ค้นหาและอัปเดตกฎหมายข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตอบ Questionnaire ลูกค้า
- งานติดต่อหน่วยงานภายนอก และการประสานงานกับฝ่ายอื่นในบริษัท
Qualifications
- Any gender / Any age / Thai Nationality.
- Any Education Background / Bachelor's Degree in Product & Development, Food Science, Biotechnology or other related fields.
- Experiences in Quality Control in food & beverage, food supplements, cosmetic or related field are advantage.
- For Supervisor, must have the experiences at least 3 years...
- Technical knowledge and good reasoning abilities...
- Mature, enthusiastic, motivated contributor.
- Effective written and oral communications skills.
- English Skill and communication are advantage.
- Good organization skills with the ability to plan projects/activities with a high energy level...
- Creative problem solving skills, sound judgment, and an orientation towards innovation...
- Ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities.
- Powder Point / Word / Excel Program.
- Available to work overtime.

Qualifications:

- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้า วัตถุเจือปนอาหาร ขึ้นทะเบียนในคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา หรืองานด้านขึ้นทะเบียนเกี่ยวกับวัตถุเจือปนอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม ผลิตภัณฑ์อาหาร อาหารเสริมเช่น ลดน้ำหนัก ผิว สุขภาพ และ เครื่องสำอาง หากมีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 3 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
