Responsibilities:
1. Develop and formulate new products: Conduct market and trend research to create innovative gummy and jelly formulations
2. Improve existing products: Solve quality issues, reduce costs, or enhance product functionalities
3. Analyze, evaluate, and summarize initial test results and other related experiments
4. Prepare documentation and maintain standards, including formulation records, production methods, and all technical information; ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, GMP)
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth product development processes
6. Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
2. Experience in R&D within the food or dietary supplement industry; direct experience in gummy and jelly development will be considered a strong advantage
3. Strong problem-solving, analytical, detail-oriented, communication, and teamwork skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
