- บริหารเรื่องการสรรหาบุคลากรอย่างเป็นระบบ ชำนาญในการใข้ระบบ Online Recruitment
- มีความชำนาญในการใช้ Software บริหารบุคคล excel ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เช่น Pivot และ Power Point
- มีความรู้เป็นอย่างดีเกี่ยวกับงานทรัพยากรบุคคลและกฎหมายแรงงาน
- มีความรู้เรื่องการบริหาร การพัฒนาบุคคลและการเพิ่มทักษะ และการประเมินผลงาน
