Responsibilities:
- Develop and formulate new products: Conduct market and trend research to create innovative gummy and jelly formulations
- Improve existing products: Solve quality issues, reduce costs, or enhance product functionalities
- Analyze, evaluate, and summarize initial test results and other related experiments
- Prepare documentation and maintain standards, including formulation records, production methods, and all technical information; ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, GMP)
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth product development processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Experience in R&D within the food or dietary supplement industry; direct experience in gummy and jelly development will be considered a strong advantage
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, detail-oriented, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
