Responsibilities:
- Develop formulations for dietary supplements and beverages such as gummies, capsules, powders, jellies, etc.
- Research and source ingredients both domestically and internationally, including requesting samples from suppliers for testing.
- Analyze, evaluate, and summarize preliminary test results and other related experiments.
- Prepare product documentation for clients.
- Conduct product training sessions for the company and our clients.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Any Education Background / Bachelor's Degree in Product & Development, Food Science, Biotechnology, or any related field
- Experiences in R&D in food supplements: Gummy or related field are an advantage
- For Supervisor, must have a 5 years of experience
- Technical knowledge and good reasoning abilities
- Mature, enthusiastic, motivated contributor
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- English skills and communication are an advantage
- Good organization skills with the ability to plan projects/activities with a high energy level
- Creative problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and an orientation towards innovation
- Ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities
- PowerPoint / Word / Excel Program
- Available to work overtime
