หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :
- เลือกกลิ่นที่ดีที่สุดเพื่อพัฒนาสูตรต่าง ๆ ในแต่ละ application ให้ได้ผลดีที่สุด
- สามารถปรับปรุงกลิ่นในแต่ละสูตรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดเตรียมและทำการทดสอบกลิ่นได้อย่างมีมาตรฐานรวมถึงการเก็บและประมวลผล
- จัดทำ Flavor Library เพื่อเลือกใช้กลิ่นที่ดีที่สุดแต่ในละผลิตภัณฑ์
- จัดทำการ Training ให้กับแผนกอื่น ๆ
Qualifications
- Any Education Background / Bachelor's Degree in Product & Development, Food Science, Biotechnology or any related field
- Experiences in Flavor Industries, Flavor House
- A supervisor must have the experiences at least five years
- Technical knowledge and sound reasoning abilities
- Mature, enthusiastic, motivated contributor
- Practical written and oral communication skills
- English Skills and communication are advantages
- Good organization skills with the ability to plan projects / activities with a high energy level
- Creative problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and an orientation toward innovation
- Ability to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities
- Powder Point / Word / Excel Program
- Available to work overtime
