Job Description:
- Manages recruitment systematically and is proficient in using Online Recruitment systems.
- Proficient in using HR management software and Excel for data analysis, including Pivot Tables and PowerPoint
- Well-versed in human resources practices and labor law
- Knowledgeable in personnel management, employee development, skills enhancement, and performance evaluation
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and honest
- Capable of managing a team and providing sound guidance
