• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Manage product lifecycle and ensure competitive positioning of imported and OEM office furniture products.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing communication, sales, purchasing, and product development to drive product success across all stages.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies to inform product positioning and strategic planning.
• Formulate marketing plans and promotional strategies (online & offline) that align with the company’s direction and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, provide data-driven analysis, and propose corrective actions to ensure marketing goals are met.
• Ensure effective product communication and branding in collaboration with the branding team, especially across B2B and professional customer segments.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management regarding product trends, campaign results, and opportunities for growth.
• Carry out any other assignments as assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand management, category management, or strategic marketing roles.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to convert insights into effective marketing strategies.
• Proficient in market research and competitive analysis; ability to identify trends and customer needs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and persuasive messaging.
