- Experience & Background:
- Premium Consumer Retail: 2–4 years of high-end B2C sales experience where the average transaction value is exceptionally high (e.g., luxury fashion, fine jewelry, high-end automotive, luxury real estate, or premium homewares).
- Residential Design Affinity: A strong eye for residential styling, color palettes, and home aesthetics. A background or certification in interior styling/design is highly valued but not mandatory if natural talent is proven.
- Skills & Competencies:
- The Art of Hospitality: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to converse effortlessly, politely, and confidently with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Emotional Intelligence (EQ): The ability to read subtle consumer buying signals, manage couples with differing design tastes, and navigate sensitive home-budget conversations gracefully
- Attention to Retail Detail: Incredible precision when processing individual custom orders to ensure the exact dimensions, fabric codes, and delivery instructions are flawless before manufacturing.
- Personal Attributes:
- • Elegant Professionalism: Polished personal presentation, posture, and grooming that naturally aligns with a global luxury brand identity.
- Discretion & Trust: Absolute discretion regarding the privacy, addresses, and high-profile identities of our private residential clientele.
- Weekend Availability: Must be fully available to work weekends and occasional evening VIP events, as these are peak shopping hours for affluent consumers.
