Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
1. Private Client Consulting & Relationship Building
        • Provide an exceptionally warm, unhurried welcome to all showroom guests, establishing immediate rapport through high-touch luxury hospitality.
        • Conduct deep-dive lifestyle discoveries to understand how clients live in their spaces rather than just what items they want to buy.
        • Cultivate a dedicated personal client book by proactively following up on birthdays, move-in anniversaries, and home milestone events to drive repeat business.
2. Narrative-Driven Sales & Product Customization
        • Translate technical specs into sensory stories, articulating the heritage, artisan craftsmanship, and material excellence (e.g., hand-stitched leather, rare marble cuts) of each piece.
        • Guide homeowners through the bespoke customization process, helping them select private-label fabrics, wood finishes, and configurations tailored exclusively to their residences.
        • Overcome natural buyer hesitation common in high-ticket B2C purchases by instilling confidence in the long-term investment value and timeless nature of the brand.
3. End-to-End Home Projects & Pipeline Management
        • Coordinate with the delivery and logistics teams to ensure the final installation in the client’s home is seamless, immaculate, and exceeds expectations.
        • Maintain accurate updates in the CRM regarding individual customer preferences, family sizes, home locations, and pending home renovation timelines.
4. Showroom Ambience & Visual Excellence
        • Ensure the showroom mimics an aspirational, pristine luxury residence at all times—monitoring lighting, scent, and the perfect placement of lifestyle accessories.
        • Support exclusive, invitation-only in-store events for private VIP clients, seasonal previews, and private shopping evenings.

  • Experience & Background:
  • Premium Consumer Retail: 2–4 years of high-end B2C sales experience where the average transaction value is exceptionally high (e.g., luxury fashion, fine jewelry, high-end automotive, luxury real estate, or premium homewares).
  • Residential Design Affinity: A strong eye for residential styling, color palettes, and home aesthetics. A background or certification in interior styling/design is highly valued but not mandatory if natural talent is proven.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • The Art of Hospitality: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to converse effortlessly, politely, and confidently with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Emotional Intelligence (EQ): The ability to read subtle consumer buying signals, manage couples with differing design tastes, and navigate sensitive home-budget conversations gracefully
  • Attention to Retail Detail: Incredible precision when processing individual custom orders to ensure the exact dimensions, fabric codes, and delivery instructions are flawless before manufacturing.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • • Elegant Professionalism: Polished personal presentation, posture, and grooming that naturally aligns with a global luxury brand identity.
