Responsibilities

Job Description
• Develop and implement QA/QC strategies to maintain and continuously improve product quality.
• Develops, implements, and oversees systems to ensure products/services meet quality standards.
• Leading teams, Provide coaching, guidance, and support to your team.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal quality policies.
• Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and continuously improve quality inspection protocols and testing procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce quality-related costs.
• Analyze production data and quality metrics using statistical tools to identify trends, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Supervise internal and external audits, including customer audits, certification audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Develop training programs and promote a quality-first culture within the organization.
• Evaluate supplier quality performance and coordinate improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Prepare and present quality reports, risk assessments, and improvement proposals to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction with product quality.
• Continuously assess and improve quality assurance processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensuring that related non-conformities is reported, recorded, investigated, and provide the proper corrective and preventive action to reduce/ improve the significant incident reoccurring. Improvement process to reduce the non-conformities.
Develop & Implement: 
• Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s quality assurance strategies, systems, and standards to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Create and enforce Standard QC procedures, policies, specifications and sampling plan. 
• Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s quality control strategies, systems, and standards to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Implement Statistic Quality Tools such as Gage R&R , SPC , FMEA , AQL Sampling Plan for increase quality reliability 
Monitor & Inspect: 
• Oversee incoming inspections, in-process inspections and finished goods inspections and provide feedback on issues.
• Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Analyze & Report: 
• Collect, analyze, and summarize quality data, generating reports for management. 
• Analyze production data and quality metrics using statistical tools to identify trends, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Improve Processes: 
• Identify areas for improvement, reduce waste, and drive continuous quality enhancement.
Collaborate: 
• Collaborate closely with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to address and resolve quality issues across the value chain.

Qualifications

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or a related field)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role within furniture or assembly industry
• In-depth knowledge of quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001 or other industry-relevant frameworks
• Strong leadership, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical quality control (SQC) tools
• Expert proficiency in Quality Tools: Quality Control Plan, FMEA, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA, Sampling Plan, MSA, Gage R&R and 7 Q.C. Tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact with external stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Statistic quality management software; experience with CAD or technical drawing interpretation is a plus
• Good command in spoken and written English
