Responsibilities

1. ปฎิบัติงานประจำ Site ลูกค้า หรือที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย (สามารถทำงานเสาร์ - อาทิตย์ หรือเป็น กะได้)

2. ทำหน้าที่ในการ Monitor อุปกรณ์เครือข่ายและดูแลบริหารจัดการระบบเครือข่ายให้ใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

     เช่น Switch, Router, wireless, and controller, และอื่นๆ 

3. ทำหน้าที่ในการ Monitor และแก้ไขอุปกรณ์ความปลอดภัยให้ใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เช่น Firewall, VPN และอื่นๆ

4. ทำหน้าที่ในการรับแจ้งและแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานระบบเครือข่ายทางโทรศัพท์หรืออีเมลล์

5. ในกรณีอุปกรณ์เสียต้องเข้าไปทำการเปลี่ยนแก้ไขตาม SLA หรือประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าว

6. จัดทำรายงานการตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ประจำวัน และจัดทำรายงานรายเดือนเกี่ยวกับปัญหาที่ได้รับแจ้ง หรือคำร้องขอที่ได้รับ

Qualifications

1.  มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี

2.  มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย เช่น Cisco Layer 2/ Layer 3 Switch, Firewall, Wireless

3.  มีความรู้เบื้องต้นด้าน Network เช่น OSI 7 Layer, VLAN, Spanning tree, Routing และสัญญาณของ Wireless

4. มีความสามารถทดลอง Feature ต่างๆ และหาข้อมูลของอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายหรืออุปกรณ์ความปลอดภัยได้เป็นอย่างดี

5. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการทำงานของ Application ต่างๆ เพื่อมาเปิด Policy Firewall ได้อย่างถูกต้องหรือสามารถดู Log Firewall และนำ

    มาแก้ไขหรือหาสาเหตุว่าทำไม Application ถึงใช้งานไม่ได้

6. มีความสามารถในการหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ และสามารถเรียนรู้ด้วยตัวเอง
