Responsibilities
- Lead the Interior Design Team by planning, coaching, and coordinating interior design activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee client interior design projects from inception to completion, managing all phases of the interior design process, including preliminary design, design development, rendering, construction documents, and construction administration.
- Provide comprehensive interior design support to clients, offering design solutions and recommending appropriate materials and finishes based on their specific requirements.
- Deliver creative design, sales, and remodeling projects that meet client needs and style preferences, incorporating current design trends.
- Collaborate with management and senior sales to ensure exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
- Utilize Virtual Reality and/or AI Design Software in project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with developers, high-end architects, interior design firms, project managers, and elite clients.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in programming for information extraction and report generation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building codes.
- Familiarity with all project phases, potential issues, and a proven history of successful project delivery.
- Understanding of industry construction costs and material costs.
- Basic ability to prepare furniture cost estimates.
- A creative eye for detail in the preparation of design presentation materials.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience with leading Interior Design Companies.
- Knowledge of setting up a Virtual Design customer journey, including real-time design, pricing, costing, and budgeting.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites within Thailand.
