Responsibilities
• Assist the Digital Marketing/ e-Commerce Manager to execute and optimize digital media lead generation
• Manage promotion and organic content creation
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally via social media (Facebook,Line, etc.)
• Collaborate with sales team to conduct online marketing and client acquisition, and ensure that customer queries are handled efficiently
• Do market research and competitive price comparison
• Prepare daily and monthly report
• Other digital / online marketing jobs as assigned
Qualifications
- Thai nationality, Male/Female not over 30 years old
- Bachelor degree in Digital Marketing or in related field
- 3 years experience as online marketing, digital marketing specialist, e-commerce or in another relevant position
- Fresh graduate can be considered at entry level
- Familiar with social media (Facebook, Instagram, Line, etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and other office management tool
- Excellent in communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with a strong attention to details
- Fluent in Thai and English
- Flexible time schedule including weekends and public holidays
