Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance activities for machines, tooling and production equipment according to maintenance schedules.
• Conduct corrective maintenance and troubleshooting for machine breakdowns and equipment failures.
• Analyze root causes of machine or tooling problems and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure machines and tooling are maintained in good working condition to support production efficiency.
Tooling & Equipment Maintenance
• Maintain and repair production tooling, jigs, fixtures and related equipment.
• Support tooling modification and improvement to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Monitor tooling condition and recommend replacement or refurbishment when necessary.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams regarding tooling performance and maintenance requirements.
Spare Parts & Inventory Control
• Control and monitor spare parts inventory for machines and tooling.
• Ensure critical spare parts availability to minimize machine downtime.
• Prepare MRS (Material Requisition Slip) for purchasing spare parts and maintenance materials.
• Maintain accurate spare parts inventory records and stock levels.
Maintenance Planning & Reporting
• Prepare maintenance plans, work schedules and maintenance records.
• Update machine history, breakdown records and preventive maintenance reports.
• Report monthly maintenance performance, machine downtime and preventive maintenance status.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and recommend improvement actions.
Machine Improvement & Reliability
• Support machine modification and continuous improvement projects.
• Improve machine reliability, efficiency and maintenance effectiveness.
• Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and preventive maintenance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Production to reduce downtime and improve operational performance.
Safety & Compliance
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and regulations.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and machine safety procedures where applicable.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards in maintenance and workshop areas.
• Support safety inspections and corrective actions related to machines and equipment.
Cross Functional Support
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Engineering, Purchasing and Warehouse departments regarding maintenance activities.
• Support installation, commissioning and relocation of machines or equipment.
• Provide technical support during audits, inspections and improvement projects.
• Perform other duties assigned by Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Assistant Manager.
Qualifications
Profile Specification
• Thai nationality, male or female, age 25 years old and above.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Maintenance, Tooling Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance or Machine Repair in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) and troubleshooting systems.
• Experience in tooling maintenance, machine repair and spare parts management.
• Able to work under pressure and support urgent machine breakdown situations.
• Able to work overtime, night shift and holidays when required.
• Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills including MS Office and maintenance record systems.
• Basic English communication skills in speaking, reading and writing.
• Able to prepare maintenance reports and communicate technical issues in English.
