Production Foreman EPS Injection - Advanced Composite System Ltd.

Supervise and control the EPS Injection process to ensure compliance with quality standards and production plans, with a focus on accuracy of weight & shape and positioning. Manage team members and resources for maximum efficiency, resolve production issues, and coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operations and consistent product quality.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

PRODUCT (quality)

· Monitor KPI guarantees QA procedures application.

· Control team quality or non-conformity products level to reach target KPI, inform production supervisor shall he wish to issue Non-Conformity Report (NCR) regarding materials/ parts/ service to concerned department.

· Responsible for monitoring the “downstream” section satisfaction on quality output flow by meeting hourly, if necessary, with downstream section leader.

· Propose improvement regarding the company’s quality system (procedures, work instructions, documents, etc).

PROCESS (production flow, productivity)

· Responsible for the section’s hourly and daily monitoring, control and for reaching the hourly, daily production targeted output.

· Review, assign daily objectives to operators or production units teams, and control the hourly and daily output productivity.

· Guarantee the application of IE processes THCS, Work Instructions (WI) and procedures used by him and his operator teams, contribute and propose improvements of these WI and/or procedures.

· Responsible to propose planning reschedules to supervisor for his section in case daily objectives are not met, RM consumptions ratio and KPI quality are not reached.

· Responsible - under supervisor and lean manufacturing coordinator – to implement lean manufacturing projects validated by his supervisor.

· Support lean manufacturing coordinator for data collection, regarding Transformation, Handling, Control, Stocks (THCS) to set up improvements related to time, processes, equipments, organization.

MACHINE

· Gather, collect machine information or dysfunctions, report for Supervisor.

· Monitor his section’s equipment’s condition and operating parameters.

· Coordinate with supervisor for allowing intervention of Maintenance department preventive scheduled or curative maintenance on his section machines.

· Check the readiness of the forming machinery and boiler system before starting work.

MANPOWER

SAFETY:

· Insure that operator respect Safety Health Environment (SHE) rules at Work Station (WS); receive SHE

· training; collects Job safety analysis (JSA) improvement proposal.

· Allocate personnel in shifts appropriately for the tasks.

· Train and maintain discipline among employees.

TRAINING:

· Provide or request On the Job Training (OJT) for team staff on good manufacturing practices, safety, discipline and behavior.

· Monitor, assess and record the work force performances, competencies and support data to supervisor for yearly evaluations.

PRESENCE:

· Insure his production section staff efficient presence and request additional work force resources to supervisor if necessary to meet the production output objectives and the planning defined.

· Report to production supervisor any missing staff in section team and propose manpower solution to balance the production flow within his section.

Monitor staff presence and compliance with the Company policy for working time and discipline, insure all section employees wear their identification tag and OT tag at all times.

SUPPLY (raw material parts)

· Insure constant flow of Raw Materials Parts Consumables (RMPC) in all Work Station (WS).

· Report (RMPC) supply disruption and abnormal level of unusable (RMPC) to supervisor.

· Insure all RM supplies are dispatched to operators or production units teams with FIFO flow, the minimum intermediate stock to archive production target, product quality and delivery time.

· Control and record the key raw material consumed in his section.

· Maintain an organized storage area for items awaiting QC inspection or shipment to the store, following the 5S methodology.

· Record production figures and summarize daily issues, report to the supervisor.

· Thai National.

· Male, 25-30 up Years Old.

· High School or Diploma of Electrical, Mechanical, Technical college.

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in factories that manufacture plastic products or Foam molding.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operators team management.

· Able to work in production line, listen skills and can communicate clearly with operators.

· Possesses skill in solving immediate problems related to machinery and production.

· Excellent team leadership with human management skills, That was a good decision.

· Able to identify priorities and work.

· Knowledge of JIT, Kaizen, Kamban, 5S would be an advantage.
